- Understand the customer's query, identify the customer's needs, and give the best resolution to the customer.
- This role requires good communication skills and the capability to understand users.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm about growth ideas on the inputs or feedback received from Customers to improve business performance
- Evaluate the company’s products and compare them against industry trends and Identify opportunities using insights for product improvement

- Outstanding communication skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills
Qualification Required( BE/B.Tech/MBA) | B.Tech
Batch ( Year of Graduation) | 2021, 2022
