Roles & Responsibilities: | Accounts: Manage to Procure to pay process and Accounts Payable – Trade and Non-Trade Lead Finance and Accounts including Accounts, MIS, and Controllership Analytics, Budgeting, Forecasting, Business Finance Partnering The candidate will be working on Group Consolidations, Tax, Compliance, Audit, and Treasury at PharmEasy.in Human Resources: To handle end-to-end recruitment for a spectrum of roles and levels (Non-IT) in the company. Design, develop and execute talent acquisition strategy for the company Find, hire, and engage talented candidates and build a strong employer brand Connect with hiring managers to understand the responsibilities for open positions and desired attributes in potential hires Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of candidates Conduct salary negotiations with candidates Tie-up with vendors for hiring through external stakeholders Analytics: Getting business requirements from the respective Business Teams, identifying the underlying business case and building a generalized solution Extracting & Exploring the data from database and other sources that may exist, cleaning the data for any issues/missing values also need to be owned upon Converting the cleaned data into actionable insights and sharing the same with relevant Audience Automation of data problems/solutions that occur recursively Flagging to Data Engineering in case of data sanity issues are to be seen Ensure that the action insights shared with the business teams are worked upon Ensure new business requirements are thoroughly vetted and signed off Knowledge sharing within the team and outside if required Engineering: Build and nurture high-performing teams of skilled software engineers. Find and hire top talent for your team Work closely with your team providing continuous feedback to raise the bar Shape team goals by developing a deep understanding of our business processes and success criteria Develop and execute a long-term product roadmap and architecture while balancing short term commitments Work closely with the team to architect and develop the best technical design and approach to solving complex problems. Take the accountability of the overall health of the products you build and predictability of the deliverables of your team Effectively partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders across the organization to co-define and deliver on own and team goals Design: Mentor team members and introduce new and improved ways of working Help establish the design language for visual design and brand guidelines Should be able to evaluate and hire designers and researchers who can help in the growth of PharmEasy Partner closely with product, business and engineering leads to set the vision and agenda for the overall product Take accountability for the overall health of the products you design and bring in the predictability of the deliverables of your team Effectively prioritize complex workload, regularly communicate clear timelines, status updates, and design requirements to internal customers at all levels, including senior management Build excellence in design as a team of designers expands and evolves.
